This Privacy Policy explains how Sydney Mason, a REALTOR® with The Campbell Team at Peace Sotheby's International Realty ("I," "me" or "my"), collects, uses and protects information you share through sydneymmason.com (the "Site").
Information I collect
- Information you give me. When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, what you're interested in (buying, selling or both) and your message. If you call, text or email me, I receive the information you choose to share.
- Technical information. Like most websites, the Site's hosting provider automatically records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit, to deliver the Site and keep it secure.
- Cookies. The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
How I use your information
- To respond to your questions and provide the real estate services you request.
- To contact you by phone, email or text message about your real estate needs, if you have agreed to be contacted.
- To keep records as required by real estate license law and brokerage policy.
- To operate, maintain and protect the Site.
I do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, I may text you about your real estate inquiry and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
When information is shared
- My brokerage and team. Your inquiry may be shared with Peace Sotheby's International Realty and members of The Campbell Team so we can serve you.
- Service providers. Companies that host the Site and process form submissions for me (for example, Netlify) handle information only on my behalf.
- Your transaction. With your permission, information may be shared with parties involved in your purchase or sale, such as lenders, closing attorneys, inspectors or other agents.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of others.
Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, such as property search and home-value tools, Zillow, Peace Sotheby's International Realty and social media. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their practices.
How long I keep information
I keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide services and meet legal, licensing and brokerage record-keeping requirements.
Security
The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and I take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as Social Security or bank account numbers through the contact form.
Your choices
You can ask me to update or delete your contact information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing sydney.mason@peacesir.com or calling 803.605.8975. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
